Well I potted it and cubed it. I used 4 black cubes and I was able to make it from rare --> unique with 9% luk 3L. I don't think its that bad.
urgh... the +2 slots added nothing which is disappointing, especially if you're looking at resale value and more stars in the long run. If it was me, I wouldn't have bought it unless there was some extremely good pot and then innocence it and star it again :S
