that password is invalid

so, i was playing just fine 5 minutes ago, and i wanted to switch over to a new character and when i enter my password it tells me that it's incorrect. i make sure that caps lock is off and try again. it's still telling me that the password is incorrect. so i try to log onto my sister's account to make sure no one is on my account, and it tells me the same for hers. i wait a minute or two and then try it again and it let me log into her account. so i logged back out, and go to my account and it says that password is invalid...so once again, i go onto my sister's account and now it's giving me invalid password again. is this happening to anyone else or is maplestory screwing with me tonight?
