Bonus time bonus time bonus time bonus time bonus time. After one completed Hard Mode run, make sure to collect your coins. Do this 25 times. After that, exchange your emperor coins for conqueror coins and buy the circulators.
If you do everything right, granted you don't miss getting your coins after a run, you should have enough conqueror coins to buy around 500 circulators just from one day of bonus time.
@XMatXZerkX: if i remember correctly the amount of bonus coins increases by one each time. every 10 or so times is an extra emperor coin. so it would be (5 coins +1 for time bonus) and then (5 coins +2 for time bonus). the highest i have gotten was +5 emperor coin and +12 conqueror coin bonus.
I'd say bonus time, but when I tried to solo hard mode, some of the monster inexplicably spawned unkillable, even with snipe. Oh well, just farm circulators from bosses, and medal of honors, but prepare to use a lot of cirulators, it took me more then 300 to get to unique, but im keeping it.
only way.... pick up the thousands of medals u probably missed while grinding and use them. each time u lvl up u get a bunch or just boss. at legendary rank u gotta nx it.

Yes, bonus time is the best. Be sure to collect after every run. It increases your payout drastically.
Sell your kidney for Nx. Then use nx to buy circulators.
