Missing december big spender reward points
I haven't seen anyone raise this issue on basil or nexon forums and I'm really starting to wonder if it's just me. Is anyone else having this problem? I sent in a ticket and got this reply.

I have gone ahead and investigated this concern and I would like to assure you that this event has been not been forgotten and the rewards have not been sent out yet. I would like to ask you to please give us your utmost patience for this and I would like to suggest that you please keep an eye on our website and on our forums for any updates regarding this.

i got my points, spent nx on MT, not the christmas one
I got my points. I spent it all during miracle on 12/26, so not the black friday.

I'm referring to the december one because the nx I spent was from december like..9th or around there until the end of the event.
There were two big spender events. They did not distribute all the rewards from the black friday big spender event. But they did give out the reward points for the December big spender event.
