How to access PQs

I know there used to be a party quest zone in the dimensional mirror that would spawn you in a map where you could PQ, but i clicked on the mirror and it is no longer there. I'm not sure where to look or if you have to actually go to the pq sight like you used to have to. I may just be overlooking it but any answers would be helpful! Thanks!
