Here is what I do.

I bring 1 bind kanna and 1 bishop to support me in case I die.
When I attack, I bring her down till she has less than 1 inch of HP, then I bind and go at her.

I suggest you watch a YouTube video so you can see where her HP must reach before she heals.

Also, she casts DR every 80 seconds. My recommendation to you for this is when you enter, just don't attack her until she casts DR first. Then from then on, you can count your time.

Also, another suggestion is to bring A LOT of %drop equips. Even with x5 drop, when I kill her, I get 0 shoulders.

I think her heal skill has a 30s CD.

DR every 1:20 after the first DR.

She will keep healing when her health is like below 15%ish unless you either bind her or burst her down fast enough.
