All stats vs pure stat nebs
Let's say I have all 3 tyrants that add +165 all stats each. Would it be more beneficial to get 2% all stat nebs or 3% pure stat nebs to boost range? I'm not sure if the secondary stats would be enough to account for that 1% difference in primary stat. Get baq to me! ty

Secondary/tertiary stats are too insignificant to matter on anything but Xenon.

Not...quite. You see, he's comparing a 2% all stat to a 3% Luk, for example. Therefore the difference is 2% dex vs 1% luk, not 1% vs 1%. So, since dex is worth like 20-25% of luk, he only needs twice as much base dex as luk to balance. Of course, that's never going to happen, so yeah, go 3% luk, if you can afford it.
