i'm going to be restarting my zero soon, i was wondering does everything get maxed out at high levels or do i have to follow a certain build?

i'm going to be restarting my zero soon, i was wondering does everything get maxed out at high levels or do i have to follow a certain build?

Put only 1 point in the basic skills (the first skills that have no cd)
Those skills kinda have no usage when you reach 170~
Unless you need to max it for unlocking a diff skill. Though I don't remember exactly if it's needed. So check before doing it.
