Knowing that youre good and being a braggart is different.

There are a few things that some of these weaksauce players need to learn.

First, lately I, and a few friends of mine, have come into contact with an alarming amount of maplers who like to talk trash about how [me especially] we [I] think that we[I'm] the greatest. I've talked to most of the strong players in the server, and they understand, but it seems that some people just don't get it. Just to let some of you people know, being good, and being proud of what you've accomplished are two different things. I'm a damn good Dark Knight, but I'm not and never was under the impression that there aren't better. Good for me isn't good for you, please stop talking trash for no reason because you feel inferior. I never have this problem with people about as strong as I am.

Second, you people under the impression that it takes thousands of USD to not be trash, and want to actually say things like this to a good player, are ridiculously pathetic. Please jump off of something high. Not high enough to mortally wound yourself, however, high enough to do some damage. Just because you happen to be garbage and making mesos [which is easy, especially since soooo many maplers nowadays sell nx {a guy made over 2b from me a few days ago selling me nx}], does NOT mean that somebody who can make mesos like it's nothing has to be spending hundreds + of real money.

Third, telling people who [b]ASK[/b] what your range/stats of equips are does NOT mean that they are bragging. Multiple times in the last week or so, I've had a random person from alliance saying that I'm showing off because I've said S>Misc equip 1, Misc equip 2, Misc equip 3, etc.

Fourth, I want to just emphasize how nobody talks crap to weak players who are proud of their equips. I've watched several chats about equips from people in ally and buddy chat and I haven't seen anybody saying anything about them being braggarts. I send smegas out to advertise the items I'm selling fairly often, at least every other day, and the fact that haters wanna have some trash to talk about showing off. What the hell is that supposed to mean? If i'm SELLING something OF COURSE I'm showing it off. The point of ADVERTISING is to SHOW the item being sold. Please slap yourself if you've ever called somebody who is legitly selling something a braggart.

Finally, yes, everybody brags about their equips at some point. Just because you ONCE saw someone bragging or taking pride in finally getting some equip finished doesnt mean that EVERY time it comes up he's bragging. I've got several people in my lists who ask me my range. I get at least ONE person asking per day. The ONLY time that somebody could EVER call somebody a braggart for is if they're putting somebody down for no reason.

Getting mad about good players knowing they're good in maple is the same as telling any type of player in any game that he can't be confident in his skills. It doesn't make sense. Nobody told Babe Ruth he shouldn't be proud of how many damn home runs he could hit. Please Take a damn chill pill and realize that Maple's a game. If you aren't a serious player, don't start garbage because they're more serious than you are. That makes no sense.
