Best free Vpn?
In a few days, I'm going to be leaving the country and was wondering if you guys had any opinions on any good free VPN services. I've used Hotspot Shield, but the ads are really annoying and my computer has a lot of trouble with it. What I'm looking for are 1) No bandwith limits 2) hopefully minimal ping lag and 3) free (because I'm a cheapskate).
I've been looking on PCmag.com, but the reviews for a lot of them are mixed. Any ideas? Weigh in below!

Yeah, if you guys can give me and OT some tips, for a good VPN that is free.
And can we download VPN on our phones, or just computers?
