I'm oldschool and just train at temple of time.. but that's just me, I love the BGMs there. This is not a valid suggestion.
DiPQ or try the skelegons near Leafre. I think they are 155 ish and give out 55k exp.
If you have teleport rock, you can go to second drill hall at lvl 160. If not, DIPQ. First 10 minutes of DIPQ is meh, but if you manage to get into 2nd bonus stage (by finishing non-bonus stages after 50:00 minute mark), you have a chance to enter bonus stage. There, is where the exp loot is at. 10 minutes of monster waves, each gives about 90k exp (which is almost as much as 2nd drill hall mobs: 92k), and much easier to kill as well, and spawns much faster
