I don't see the option anymore. When I talk to the admin, there's nothing there about removing the infection. I'm just sick. Forever.
Is anyone else experiencing this?

Uh, I don't think you can get rid of it permanently o__O. You can get rid of it temporarily by talking to the Maple Admin.
