is the new chaos gear really going to require 170 dex?
I dont really get ur question..
But basically (as a future night lord) you need dex for wearing some high lvl equips
Unless you can get enough dex equips with 25 dex as base to wear better equips
(With better/higher lvl equips I mean like poted lvl 80 top/bottom or a reverse claw)
