You would need to recube your emblem for % PDR, i order to successfully solo you would need minimum 92% PDR
Generally, people including me think AB with cap soul seeker [b]expert[/b], you can solo chaos vellum.

30m seekers? Thats decent you are going to have a hell of a time getting max seekers on him his pd is massive.
