Too many hairstyles, so kinda hard to get it that easily. You will have to be lucky (assuming it's not glitched of course). I don't think I'm going to get April Fool's Hairstyle on my female characters. I already got two Overgrown hair from two or three years ago? Don't remember.
Maybe I try one coupon on a male character.
