Pretty sure 7% INT is a large difference at your level. At my level, 7% STR would be about 42 STR, so imagine what it would do to you and your INT stat @ 140.
The other cape only has 8 MA. I don't know the comparison between MA and INT after BB, but I'm sure the differences may outweigh the 21% Giles Cape.
Anyone know the new damage formula for Mages Post-BB?
Giles cap trust me 7% int is MASSIVE difference for ur lvl
you'er 14x and guarenteed to be playing well past the soon arriving big bang modifications.
the purple adventurer holds the better LONG TERM benefits.
the giles work well for now, but will fall short with the change of importance betwen m.atk stats and int stats.
