Oh this is very pretty, love the overall soft tones you chose to use.
I especially love the hair and shading under the chin is great!
I find it relaxing and pleasing to look at because it's colored in shades of green ~ u ~ so nice
A few things that are bugging me and distracts me from enjoying the drawing are...
-his face is crooked in a very unnatural way because of how the chin is off center
-if you downsized his eye and made the nose a bit bigger, it would look much more proportional to the rest of his facial features

Yes, yes, I know the one layer thing was a horrible idea but I was very lazy to do multiple of layers .
One layer was a very bad idea...but i like the green
