I can breed you a 5 iv drillbur/ferroseed if you can breed me a 5 iv rotom.
By 5 iv i mean everything excluding what it needs. (drilbur will be 31/31/31/xx/31/31 and the ferro will be 31/31/31/xx/31/0 [0speed for maximum gyroball)
