how do i start the raven ninja quest?
So i was bored and decided to start the raven ninja quest in crimson wood keep but i don't know how to start it, i thought all you did was talk to targin, but apparently not.
EDIT: i think i figured it out, i talked to the mayor for a while then all of a sudden a whole bunch of masteria quest appeared
