Suddenly unable to play any games

All of a sudden I'm unable to play either maple or league of legends. When i try to open league all that happens is the league of legends icon pops up and just stays there and i get some "RADS" error. Also, when i try to play maplestory the hackshield icon just stays there as well and it does nothing.

I've read the forums on league and some people have the same problems I have. I'm not sure but i feel like it has something to do with my ISP (AT&T).
