Do people in California stare at you? So i moved from Hawai'i to california because of college, and I've noticed that some people just stare at you, and its the older people that are probably around 40-60 years old. They dont look at me like they're attracted to me or as you guys might say "they want the D" and neither is it an angry look, its just a blatant stare. Anyone lift weights? D just wondering if alot of you people lift weights, body build, etc. if you do please post your max (which means you can do 3 reps) of: - bench - squat - deadlift im just curious lmao. and btw i don't only do those 3 lifts if you're gonna say that lol. and if you do lift weights to look good on the upper body only and don't do legs, you should start working out on your legs. For one, its your base and foundation. When you bench, you drive with your legs and hips. And secondly, you don't want to be looking all huge on the upper body and then have chicken legs lmao.
does anyone else sleep this much? So lately I've been getting real sleepy throughout the day and when i sleep at night i sleep for the longest time. for example i slept at 1 AM last night, set my alarm at 10 AM, snoozed and turned off my alarm so I didnt wake up until 2:30 PM. I was then up until 4 PM and got tired and decided to take a nap and woke up at 4:30 because i had class at 5:30. then came back home around 7 and ate dinner, showered, and took a nap again at 8:45 PM for 30 minutes then studied. I feel like if i didnt need to wake up from the naps, i probably couldve slept longer for like 3 hours or so... Around the same time ive been getting real sleepy is when i made my lifting and running workouts more intense. I wouldnt think it
My Body is So Weird So I get Muscle spasms from dehydration. For those of you that don't know what they are, they are pretty much like extremely painful muscle cramps that tighten your muscles and its almost impossible to stretch out after. Anyways i always try to keep myself hydrated, but its hard to do that because when i drink water, within 30 minutes i pee it all out and get dehydrated... Yeah i know its sounds funny but this is what happens. So when i lift weights and run its hard. It's pretty irritating for me because it screw's up my exercising. btw, i do stretch out every time and drink enough water everyday (like 10-13 glasses of water) and i don't gulp water down. Im wondering if theres anything i can do?
