Price check on two potentialed items please.

I have a zhelm with 15/15/16/15 with the potential of "all stat +3", making it 18/18/19/18. The helm is 2lined but the other line isn't good.
I also have a pair of broken glasses with 4/4/0/2 with the following potential: 30 accuracy/3int/3luk. That makes it a pair of 4/4/3/5 broken glasses.
I was wondering for how much I could sell these two items, assuming I SoK them both.
This is in BERA.

well a zhelm is 50 mil i would say add 30mil for the sok and maybe a 10-20mil for the potential so in total zhelm : 90-120 mil i guess
broken glasses with the potential its almost look clean but the +5luk make it more expensive : i think its near 200mil :S (not sure)
