I'm level 154 marksman. I only got 200m tho. 5 piece empress no cape and none of it is potentialed.

I fused lvl 110 stuff until I got overall and shoes with 6%dex, gloves 10att (bonus pot) (all this took me a month or so) and alradey had a lvl 60 6%dex hat... the cape took me more fusing since I had to kill monsters to get them (black seraph)...
You don't need more than 20m to train in evo and fuse... Root Abyss provided me around 5m a day (I sell dews and power elixirs)...
