empress cape prices
why are there more thief empress capes in the fm and why is it so cheap compared to the other classes' empress capes?
i'm going around the fm and can't even find the one i want (pirate). all i see is thief thief and more thief ones

thief cape is the only one that drops, others need to be forged thru recipes.
i think evo empress/minions used to drop the capes of all jobs, but currently evo world empress/minions does not drop any items anymore.
Isn't it the only cape that can actually be dropped? and crafted?
