Temple of time gate to the future quests
So I got to level 160 today and took the quest, as I was doing it, the temple keeper needed an all cure potion, I had three, but the bubble above his head wasn't completed
what should I do about this?

There's always a chance. Buy owl of Minerva at a pot shop for 10k and try.
Also, if you've done the Ulu City (Krexel) questline, Ulu City Savior (repeatable) gives 30 tradeable all-cures.
