Enhancement Help Needed

I've got a 2-Star Equip Enhancement Scroll (untradeable) laying around in my inventory and I'd very much so like to use it, but I'm not sure if it's safe... I want to scroll my Heliseum cape, which already has 3 enhancements... Does the number of enhancements affect the probability of said scroll's chance to work? (I.E according to EE scrolling, 1 use = 80, 2 = 70, 3 = 60, etc) HALP PLOX
