So wait, does it increase the damage of the skill by 3% or you overall damage by 3% :S

it's not really added, but multiplied, just saying that.

it's "Total Damage" actually, and these two are also almost the same thing, except for classes with shadow partner

both options are the same, it multiplies your damage by 3%
