No problem.

Conveniently, several of the classes mentioned(Xenon, Demon Avenger, Demon Slayer and to a degree Kaiser/Hayato/Shade) all have link skills you may want. So making them as link mules(Level 120 for most) gives you access to their S Rank card. If you don't have enough space, just try to get as many bonuses as you can(I'd aim for the 3 Explorer/Cygnus Knight/Resistance/Hero class bonus if you're using useless cards; an S rank in any of those is +7 to all stats) with whatever cards you're using while prioritizing good individual cards/sets(If you happen to have three Thieves and the cards are all equally bad... might as well have a Thief deck).
4th job(Level 100) for most classes is S rank; 200 is SS rank, but it's not practical for the boost until much later on, and probably isn't worth it for the small benefit from the card/set upgrade.

Xenon/Mech/Shade deck(Pirate set effect, a few stats, additional max critical damage and more buff duration; probably one of the best sets, if not the best, in game) is probably the only class set worth going for.

The other two decks can just be useful cards; I personally run Kaiser/Hayato/Demon Avenger and Kanna/Marksman/Demon Slayer for my two other decks, with my first one being a Xenon/Mech/Shade deck. Going for a an Archer/Thief set effect just seems like it's wasting too many good individual effects for a lackluster set effect(You can only have one of each class, and only Marksman is worth making for Archer, while Xenon is the only good Thief card). If you main a Mage class just swap out Kaiser for Luminous, or possibly even a Blaze Wizard; Demon Slayer can also be changed since the card effect isn't amazingly good, but I find considering how difficult obtaining new sources of Status Resistance can be, it's ideal.
wow thanks
