Is the 10% scroll success addition or multiplicative? So if you have 60% scroll would it be 66% or 70%?

Pretty sure it's additive.. Why do you think people never blow up their items using those 90% Occult scrolls, according to what I've seen..
I believe that would make it 66%, but I'd need some corroboration.
