Where do i use the D-03 Transmitter
Need help please..I can't proceed this hellsium quest..and i check my quests there isn't one in progress and there isn't one available i just get the D-03 Transmitter from the old guy i redid the quest about 4-5 times i double click something pops up that the merchant cant be found. i drop the transmitter and it just tells me to redo the quest...im stuck on the "Lost transmitter" btw.

Hold on...Apparently i finished the first part of the questline "Operation Go" but..i still cant fight velder..it says i need to do some quest
Edit: Alright i ended up going to deep into the second floor and a quest poped up on my head lol..Thanks for the help!

Just to double check, which was the last quest you did before this started happening?

You're on #29, so just go 2 maps to the right from Eurenth, aka the old guy. Then click it.
