Link skill glitched?

Personally, I believe my link skill is glitched. I linked it to my cannoneer's skill to my jett and after I logged onto my jett is not there. So I go back onto my cannoneer and it didn't swap from my night walker.. I haven't played in days and didn't already transfer the skill today. Just checked and the same thing is happening with my mercedes. It's not a massive game breaking glitch, but is anyone else having this problem?
