Yknow.... i never really thought to get to a higher level and then go for capping str (or any other secondary stat for that matter) but thats an awesome way of doing it.... if a person can find a secondary equip less weapon or just doesn't mind.... thats awesome... ima try it out some time. did everything on the list.... cept the beggining weapon till higher levels ^^ and the no str thing ^^

Lets say that said slinger outlaw/sair has zero funding... AT ALL ..... what do/ should you do (NO nx ^^)
Hunt for equips? => hunt what?
Get better bullets => what bullets and where?
Get monies? => how and .... how o-o
