How many basilers buy anime Dvd/bd?

If you do buy do you buy in bulk or one at a time?

Edit: I collect lots of DVD/BDs and usually wait for good sales online to buy bulk. Streaming has however made a huge change on what series I buy since it helps me weed out series that I prefer to watch only once as oppose to ones I know that I would love to re-watch, instead of blind buys.

@Deciduous: Zeta did get a dub by Blue Water Studios but for some reason the opening and ending tracks were never licensed so they just put together a musical track to use as the opening theme. Bandai said that it was too expensive but it hard to believe that a song that made in the 80s would cost so much money to license.
@Deciduous: I was hoping that Bandai would have licensed the series back in the early 2000s when they were being aggressive on the Gundam franchise but sadly this and couple others from the UC timeline were forgotten.
I was told that a reprint of 0079 and a ZZ release are up next. Victory is getting a bluray release in Japan soon, so we might see the same situation with that as Turn A. It's kinda hard for me to feel like much Gundam is worth owning, but the 0079 tv series and 0080 definitely are. I'd love a Zeta reprint with the English dub, too.

@Zoneflare4: If you haven't seen it before, it's a real trip. The most unique Gundam by far, and it's got amazing characters as well as music.
I don't have many anime DVDs atm, just some Ghibli blurays and Mononoke. Preordered Turn A Gundam though, I'm really hyped to pick up RightStuf's Gundam (re)releases. Not sure what else I'd buy, bc it has to have some form of translation (whether it's JP discs w subs or an ENG release with a dub or subs).
yea I saw that today. Will be getting that since I love watching gundam.

@Skyenets: At first I liked the animation, but then I saw the character designs of the rest of the cast. They looked ridiculous to me lol. Especially Kurapika during the York Shin arc and afterwards.

@deathprinny: I like both the animation styles. The new animation does make it a little bit less dark at some points. For me it's just really the voice actors that make the difference.

And there's the old dub.
BUT THE 2011 VOICE ACTORS FIT SO MUCH BETTER
I guess it's just my opinion, but they're fine to me. I really like the older animation and artwork more than the overly flashy and colorful new animation style.

OT: I have a few manga and like 3 DVDs from back in the day, but I just don't have money to spend on it.

My boyfriend does (I don't). But only when they're on saleeee. and only for his favorite so he doesn't buy in bulk. o-o
He buys the manga when they're released in murica to support the author, but only for his favorite arc in the manga.

I buy the ones I really like. Some times I buy multiple versions depending on extra content. Sadly the JP blurays and dvds are expensive as fudge to buy and ship.

I used too. Now I just stream from Crunchyroll. Unless if it comes with something fancy, I might buy the BD/DVD
