Glitch Or new for potential items
I think most of people have seen new potential items getting crazy % stats, like 180% magic def or over 10%LUK/STR/DEX/INT in one line, even being still epic.
Idk whats happening so if someone know...I'd appreciate the info.

a 10% luk item actually gives +10 luk...not +10% luk...
