Returning Shadower Help
Hello fellow Shadowers. I'm returning to Maplestory once the Thief revamp makes its way out of Tespia, and I want to prepare by catching up with all of these new classes and godly players.
I have a few questions I'd like to ask:
1) I see that the MTS is no longer available for an easy cash-to-mesos transaction. How would one go about making *quick* money nowadays? Selling NX? How does one sell NX, anyway? Yaddayadda... I'm really in the dark when it comes to trading of high-value items and such.
2) Have there been any nerfs/buffs as of late? I don't want to come back and find that everyone's hopping onto a, let's say Sniper, KSing someone 40 levels above them. Too much headache when trying to find new spots to train (or are there any new spots to train?)
3) Sort-of-in-relation to question #1, I am seriously low on cash. I literally have less than 5,000 mesos on my whole account, and perhaps 3m in items for sale (Dkhanjar stays with ME!). How should I start making money? Merching (which I've never done before... Don't know how, really)?
4) Question for the future revamp: What's going to happen to us inventory-wise? I know about all the new skills, but what happens to the leftover skillbooks of deleted skills? And how will the revamp change our control? I like to pride myself in playing my class well, so I like to get info on how I should play it in advance, rather than being completely unprepared when the patch hits.

It's not in Tespia, but it's coming on the 27th of June.

Explaining how to sell NX would violate the ToS and I've been suspended for it, so I'll just say that killing Zakum for zhelms, SoKing and selling those is a pretty efficient way of converting nx to mesos.

Arans and Evans got buffed. Evans are ridiculous. Arans aren't so bad.

You can trade in any mastery books for skills that got deleted for any of the new books. In your skillbook, the mastery levels will transfer, although no one knows which skill to which.
As for play-style, we'll be a lot more like the typical class, with rush->mob, but we've got Meso Explosion thrown in there. The typical mobbing combo will probably be jumpcast lolspellheim (AKA Phase Dash) + BS when the monsters are pinned.
