For those of you confused or wondering about the meso cap

Keep in mind this is only dealing with the general concept of numbers, whilst talking about Pac-Man.
Just turn those 4 switches into 32 switches and you see why 2,147,483,648 is the meso cap.

I love how the TS made the common mistake of not decreasing the number by 1.
the max and min values of an integer are -2147483648 and +2147483647.
this is beacause you have to account for 0.
So much 1 upping from a single digit
