Question about cubing 3 lined items
Hey guys, I need some help and confirmation because I have heard things but I'm confused now.
Is it better to cube lv 70+ 3 line earrings to get desired stats? Or are all 3 line earrings gonna be the same?
For example, if I get lv 90 Rose earrings and cube them, will the chance of me getting better stats be greater than if I had to cube lv 65 Gold drop earrings?

There are only 2 things wrong with your first post
The first one is that in each tier, it is possible to get:
Tier 1: 3%/3%/3%
Tier 2: 6%/6%/6%
Tier 3: 9%/9%/9%
Tier 4: 12%/12%/12%
(I have seen a SS of a 27% Luk Seraph Cape in I think it was Bera or Broa)
The 2nd thing, is that in the 4th tier The max is 12%
[b]Side Note:[/b] Post Chaos there is no 4th Tier, all 121+ Items are reset to the Third Tier

But i also heard that you can get better stats EASIER on lower tier items than on higher tier ones, is that true?
