So where can i find Lilin Hair

So it turns out that BaM (f) (unfortunately this hair doesnt Exist , and it looked so cool too) . Next i want to get Lilin hair, where can i find it? It looks cool so i would really like it for my Hero . Please Comment

I got mine from the royal coupon thingy. kms brought it back later on so I'm guessing gms will do the same too.
