I spent a good 9 hours or so searching for the 10th soul light of the first quest at greys. I had expected to at least get in 20-30 lights since I had 24 hr 2x, lucky clover 2x buffs, and some family 1.2x, but the last dew completely ripped the life out of me. Just for that, I'm gonna tell you to go to poopas. It's also easier now since they don't jump everywhere anywhere.

About 6-8 months ago I was in your same position. I nearly pulled my hair out throughout the Soul Light quests (as you will need 50 in all (10 each quest) to max out Soul Driver), and not to mention the fact that I had tons of x2 drop cards and lucky winters (when they were still only 12-15mil each). I even had my fiancee help me out with those same said quests, good god, just...ugh. But the skill was worth it, and it certainly does give a warrior the much needed ranged attack. And for a while when it was still +250% max dmg before chaos, my pally felt more like a mage than a warrior (even though it technically is a mage-warrior hybrid). But to answer your question, I found that it dropped more often at Poison Poopas, but then again that could just be my perception. Load up on x2 cards, you're going to need it to keep your sanity. The quickest i've ever gotten it done was all 10 in 3 hours.
