a way to cast dark thrust faster i noticed that while playing my demon slayer that right after falling down from gliding, i could use my dark thrust again. i thought it looked a bit faster than just holding the skill down, so i tested it. so first, i just held the key.... same delay as usuall. then i tried casting dark thrust and then quickly double tapped my jump (so i would activate the glide for the tiniest bit) and tried using it as soon as i landed. and it WAS faster. so ive been double tapping jump and THEN using dark thrust for the longest time now, and it seems pretty useful. wish i coulda explained it alot smoother or made a video to make more sense. but yeah, just throwing this bit of info out there. hope it helps :/
Automatic Npc chat windows MAN I HATE THESE! >.< I REALLY DO. With all my rage i turn the page and set the stage for this new age! they are just so dang annoying. not only that, they can KILL you! theres one in particular that makes my anger burn like molten iron that angerly burns my iron anger. you know that room in the R&J pq where Yulete releses all those iron/mithril muteas? ya, you know.. THAT ONE? Tell me... If you're a... idk.. a lvl 90 bowman, and you run into that auto npc chat window, are you REALLY going to read that FAT window of text KNOWING that by the time you read all of it, you're probably dead? of course your not going to read it! why would people put something like that in the game? What were they THINKING? >
How do you respond to your own class? I had a discussion with my friend the other day about talking to people in maplestory. I asked him how he (a nightlord) felt about talking to shadowers or dual bladers. the conversation went something like this: Me: so, when you see another person thats the same class as you, whats your first thought? Him: It's a dog-eat-dog world for thieves, i don't like to talk with my own class at all to be honest, it's very competitive atmosphere when we meet. Me: why is that? Him: well, theres that certain RIVALRY that circles around us. everybody knows it's there, but we just dont talk about it. it's been there for as long as i can remember. Me: because its obvious? Him: well yeah kinda, i guess it really depends
How would you change the hero class? title says it all folks. i would change 3 things... first, i would replace Monster Magnet with Soul Rush. i would kill somebody just to have some mobillity, and i think getting to 120 while having the speed of a snail is bad enough. second, i would change the animations for coma and panic. i know they increased the reach and functionality on those two moves, which is great, but would it kill nexon to let me see where the attack would land? its like an NL using TT without being able to see his stars. Third, i'd change the combo orb colors to red. pink is just..... not a warrior color. besides, red goes well with pink, so poeple who wear pink cant complain much :p um... ya. just sayin'. how about you guys?
what drops Advance Final Attack 2030 really.. the title says it all. if anyone knows, it would be appreciated, and we can spread the word so this little issue will be out of the way. :/
Finding soul lights im trying to find the soul lights for the "power if the spirit of light" quest and so far i only have 2.... my question is, will i have better luck at poison poopas, or ultra greys? (or do they share the same drop rate?) i know the skill probably isn't worth it, but im an avid quest completer, and i want this quest out of the way...
soul driver. will it be worth it? So i was looking at soul driver today and was thinking wether or not if its worth it. It is clear the skill was not made to be a bossing mechanism due to its slow nature. It might be worth having for mobbing purposes, so lets think "collective" damage alright?. With a good swing using intrepid slash i can dish out about 150k to 3 monsters, thats 450k of collective damage. If i feel like stunning them first, we add 20% (90k) more dmg, putting us at a total of 540k damage. Now, lets pretend i had the ungodly amount of patience to get soul driver to lvl 14 ( lvl 14 soul driver has the same damage % as max shout wich is 220%) On average, my shout can do about 50k points of damage. Soul driver hits 4
a question about Pink exp capsules as anyone with a resistance character knows, you get pink exp capsules when you hit certain levels,are tranferable within the account, and can be used up to seven times. in order to use them, you have to be above lvl 30, and upon using them, you gain a level. BUT.... is that only true for low lvl 30 characters? my question is: will a higher leveled person , like myself, be able to level up 7 times by using these? or will i gain like.. 30k exp from each? (which would be a great dissapointment, considering i had to level up my resistance to lvl 100)

Boat ride Dc'ing hello Basilers, well! lemme' tell you the story.. almost everytime im on a ship, i'll dc in about the first 4 minutes of the ride. ive discovered that doing just about anything will do this to me. weather im feeding my pet, dropping an ect item, or even jumping, i'll dc. the only way i can make it through a full boat ride is if i dont do ANYTHING, and that is quite bothersome. so im just wondering if it happens to any of you guys. although i believe ive witnessed it happen to other players. (unless im mistaken and they just merely decided to log out).
What Skill books still exist after the Big Bang patch? ive been reading around in multiple forums and most of them state: "Skill books dont exist after the Big Bang, except for the ones from Zakum" now... saying that there are no more skill books yet some still come from zakum...IS A COMPLETE CONTRIDICTION! so please. if any of you could give a list of what skill books still exist post-BB and where they come from, that would make things less confusing. -TY

Expert throwing star handling + Shadow stars? In the Big Bang patch, Nightlords get a skill called "expert ninja star handling," which allows them to gain one ninja star when they attack with a rate of 20% (other sources say 25%). my questions are: 1. does this skill work with Shadow stars? 2. does it recover stars per ATTACK (using triple throw once) or per HIT (each star has a chance to get a star back)? i dont plan on making an NL or anything, but i think something like this would be good to know.
