What Skill books still exist after the Big Bang patch?

ive been reading around in multiple forums and most of them state: "Skill books dont exist after the Big Bang, except for the ones from Zakum"

now... saying that there are no more skill books yet some still come from zakum...IS A COMPLETE CONTRIDICTION!

so please. if any of you could give a list of what skill books still exist post-BB and where they come from, that would make things less confusing.
