Expert throwing star handling + Shadow stars?
In the Big Bang patch, Nightlords get a skill called "expert ninja star handling," which allows them to gain one ninja star when they attack with a rate of 20% (other sources say 25%).
my questions are:
1. does this skill work with Shadow stars?
2. does it recover stars per ATTACK (using triple throw once) or per HIT (each star has a chance to get a star back)?
i dont plan on making an NL or anything, but i think something like this would be good to know.

Wow, and I thought Scania had it rough. It's 60-100 here, and barely anyone has one, except for Bishops/AMs grinding for Mane pieces.
I agree. I have 10 at the moment (20 is rare/expensive as hell in Scania) and it lasts 80 seconds, very useful at Zak/Training
Works with Shadow Stars. But the thing is, it only recovers a tad bit of it. Unless you're going from some epic bossing, I personally don't think it's that great of an improvement, though we do recover some.
i would like to know also! working on maxing SC at the moment, but i would love to recover stars if its per star ;x
First of all, it works with Shadow Stars.
Second, as far as I know, it is a 20% chance to recover 1 star of a set per attack. Per hit would be amazing (6 chances to recover 1-6 stars), but I'm pretty sure it's per attack.
