@Bob11111 Underneath the thing with wings there should be a little icon. Click it to change once you have either one wing of light or dark filled, the opposite of the current state you're in. It'll also darken grey out like any other skill on cd until it is ready again. There is also a key in the beginner tab that you should be able to assign.

Ok I have 4 blue feathers and 1 purple feather. How I switch from sunfire to eclipse?

So you have to use the opposite of the buff you have out?
