SE&MW, or Concentrate?
I had a debate with one of my friends about whether to max out SE& MW first or go for concentrate, since big bang changed majority of the roles of BM, more damage are depending on raw, physical one instead of increased critical damage. However to max out SE and MW would giving more variety of benefits also.
What do you guys think?

I got MW before hurricane because I originally needed it for engaw. If this isnt the case with other players, i'd still get MW to 20 before concentrate for the damage increase.
