Guld hopping is depressing I can't believe I switched guild 6 times in a roll for this month. Things just not the same after I was out the guild I've being for 3 years; it just seems all the places I went have no common grounds for new comers, famous guild or not, there's no team building nor group activities. I've tried to create a guild to counter that, but in vain. There's already nothing to do now, and it depresses me even more with things like this. Maybe, it's my time to quit.

Hard to recruit nowadays? After I was tired of being under other guilds and got ignored frequently no matter how much I wanted to bring on the table, I started my first guild yesterday. I have to say it was hard experience to recruit people nowadays; it seems that after 6 years it became more difficult to actually bringing people together for a same purpose of helping each other out; yet there was so many people wondering how come a few guild became godly or well known but not knowing the only factor behind that is to just teamwork and a simple common mind of interest.
