Thank you very much for the explanation. I've always been curious why people prefer Premiere over After Effects and now I know why! I'll give it a shot c: Much appreciated!

Just something to consider; I'd recommend that you use premiere pro because it's a lot easier to use than after effects (far more intuitive) and you can achieve pretty much any of the effects that you used in the video. The videos come out smaller, render faster, and the experience would likely be overall better. After effects is dedicated to making animations and such (like explosions in movies when they aren't actually real) whereas premiere would be used for general editing - so zooming in, slowing/speeding up time, adding text.
