Jimmy was a little off with 12 hits
Given that Zakum arms have about 20-something mil HP, [url=http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=zktsDEnNga4&feature=youtube_gdata_player]it took about 4 seconds,[/url] so it would make sense that it hit roughly 6 lines of 1mil per second

Hurricane/Rapid Fire are 8.33 hits/second, or 120ms delay, and Ishtar simply hits two lines of damage (2 hits per 120ms). Mille Aiguilles is 2hits per 180ms. Even with close to 100% crit (noir carte activating on all hits), Ishtar reigns supreme. Until Angelic Bursters anyway

Hmm, same. I'm wondering how fast I could destroy zak arms with the new twister, but there just doesn't seem to be a solid number floating around ahahaa. But it seems safe to assume its something like 120ms or 180ms making it hit as fast as mille (as poster above said) or hurricane.

ive been wondering this too it looks pretty quick but a number would be nice.
