Establishing an anti-bullying course would be ineffective towards deterring future violent acts by these students. Either jail time will bring out remorse, or they will not show remorse at all. Due to the rumor that the assailants were attacked earlier, it's very likely that these students still believe that their actions are justified despite their recent detainment. No seminar is going to change them if they were really victims. It's like those drug and substance programs that they make people go through in school now that have proven to be ineffective. People are going to smoke. People are going to have underage sex. And people are going to embrace violence.

Mind your own business people - poop happens =.= The Chicago PD has enough to deal with and I personally am extremely annoyed by other people brown-nosing. I bet you didn't hear about the high school girl who got violently sexually assaulted by SIX men in Chicago IN PUBLIC and was left bleeding in a coma on the cold street corner? That happened only a few weeks ago, on New Years Eve. Why aren't you petitioning against violence and sexual assault too?
