The next parts of FLY don't come out until around mid-October and November. Max said that on his first post about the update.
They hasn't been a content patch as of yet. Only events

Maybe there's nothing new to post about in KMS. I guess leafre could work though I don't really use it.
Spadow has been coming back lately, although his last post was mid-August.

EDIT: Not to mention the only thing right now are events/celebrations, so no "major" patch updates for KMS (yet)
