My damage seems low
My range is 3519 ~ 4692 unbuffed and I have 14% INT. My base LUK is 55. And I'm level 117
Here are my equips:
Chaos Zakum Helmet 22/22/19/23
Purple Adventurer Cape +6 INT, +7 M.ATT with +4% INT on the potential
Blue Enigmatic(Clean) with +3% INT
Renegades First Sweet Love (Face Accessory) 3/3/3/3
Renegades Glasses 2/2/2/2
Renegades Belt 3/3/3/3
Dark Neli Shoes (Clean) 3% INT
ESTAFF 1 (Clean) 118 M.ATT
4% INT Earrings
And a Clean Esther Shield

Well there's your problem.
Elemental Staff 1 gives a -25% damage for ice and lightning attacks. So right now you are hitting 75% of your real damage.
What you want is a Elemental staff 3 or 4 (yellow or blue one). They give 5-10% bonus damage to ice and lightning attacks.
